Although Forky’s Veleslavínova is in operating profit, the company opened a second branch in Letná just before the start of the pandemic, which was unexpectedly stopped at the beginning by the restrictions. The large investment put into the reconstruction and equipment of the space did not start to return as planned, and the company no longer has the strength to wait for a new beginning.
However, it might not be bad at all for an interested party who does not have a problem with a roughly three-year return, which is rather above standard in gastronomy. It’s a great investment for someone like that. It was for us too, but three years turned into six, we would start practically from scratch now, unfortunately we can no longer afford that.
