American actress, former model and environmentalist. Suzy A. Cameron is the founder of the One Meal a Day movement and author of The OMD Plan: Swap One Meal a Day to Save Your Health and Save the Planet. Through its projects, it strives to change eating habits and spread awareness that even the smallest changes can make a huge difference. In 2005, she and her sister Rebecca Amis founded “MUSE Global School”, the first solar-powered, zero-waste, plant-based school in the US. In 2018, the sisters launched “MUSE Global” with the aim of spreading school franchises around the world.
