American cook originally from Michigan. Josie Clemens has become the first plant-based chef to compete on celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen: Young Guns. Josie appeared among eighteen young chefs in the most recent twentieth season of the competition. She is said to have approached Gordon Ramsay through social networks, through Twitter she invited him to start following her on her profile and now she will compete for the position of head chef in one of Ramsay’s restaurants. Josie Clemens said she is most excited about the viewership Hell’s Kitchen is getting. Six million viewers will see young Josie cook with only plant-based ingredients, hoping to influence many people and even Gordon Ramsay himself.
